Who is Maya?
I’m Maya Barbosa, a designer passionate about digital innovation. I have a degree in IT Management with a focus on UI/UX Design and am fluent in English. Curiosity and the drive to create more human and accessible digital experiences have always guided my journey.
I contributed to the development of an administrative management software, which was presented at the VIII Jornada Internacional de Investigación—an experience that reinforced my belief in the power of design to enhance efficiency and usability.
As a Web Designer, I honed my ability to turn ideas into intuitive interfaces, blending aesthetics with functionality. My goal is to create solutions that not only solve problems but also improve the way people interact with technology—making it more inclusive, seamless, and meaningful.

The system aims to optimize the control and planning of temporary contracts, streamlining contract management with varying durations and enhancing decision-making for future hires.
